"Everything was fine... except when I watched two staff members almost collide as they were maneuvering cars out from the service garage. I heard a screech and saw my car come to an abrupt halt to avoid hitting the car being shuffled out of the the service garage on the way to the back of the building. Maybe your staff shouldn't be driving around blind corners so fast... especially while they are in customer vehicles.. or maybe a convex mirror would make sense so you can see around corners better."

"Great service and very fair pricing. Only recommended what needed to be done. Was in and out same day with 4 fluid changes and battery replacement. I usually prefer independent shops but Boucher got me in asap, actually gave me a quote over the phone, and even sent a video overview of the entire engine bay and undercarriage.
