"I ordered a badge holder. When it arrived in the mail, it looked like a very cheap version of the picture online. It costed $12.99, shipping was $4.99, taxes $0.91. So total cost $18.89. When I initiated the return, I found that after the return cost, I was left with $4.00. This is not the first time I took such a loss with a return to this store after ordering online. I would highly recommend shopping in store only."

"We tried to return an unused uniform pants with tags still attached and receipt in hand. But they refused because the uniform pants were “damaged” by having a piece of dog hair on them - something easily remedied by a piece of tape. The employees were simply too busy sitting behind the counter playing g on their phones. That’s okay, there’s multiple uniform shops in town and online."
