"They have an employee in there by the name of Bob, and he apparently has a lot of knowledge about the kind of reptile that I have which is a turtle. He provided me with a great deal of information and did a lot to assist me in making sure I got the proper equipment for my new turtle. Trust me I was really surprised at his knowledge and when I went to the vet with my turtle who was suffering from a respiratory infection, the setup that Bob informed me about was the correct setup for my turtle per the Vet."
"I used to get my dog groomed here and the people in the grooming section were always friendly and helpful. I can't say the same for some of the cashiers and people who stock items on the floor. The last time I came here to buy a bag of WholeHearted dog food the bag was open on the seam, which I noticed before getting to the register. There were some employees stocking near the dog food so my partner and I handed it to them and they seem so confused why we were giving it to them. At checkout, the cashiers usually ask if we found everything ok and we brought up the bag being open as this has happened to us a few times in the past as well. The cashier had no interest in receiving our feedback. The customer service was sorely lacking here, like the employees couldn't be bothered to help or be concerned for that matter. This event left a poor taste in my mouth and the only reason I'm rating at a 3 star is because I've had positive experiences with the grooming department for so long. Otherwise, the store deserves fewer stars."
"Great pet store in long beach. This store is clean, well organized it's easy to find great things for your pet they have dog trainings some medical services forgive me I'm not familiar which ones they offer and the staff is always so kind no matter who's behind the register"
