"The people doing the oil change at woodmans owe me a new car. Had my oil change done here , and less then a month after my entire motor blew up and is destroyed. Mechanic said the oil filter wasn’t even on right and was all destroyed , and whoever had done my last oil change was the cause of my entire motor blowing up. Seriously do not get an oil change here, now I owe thousands of $"
"Waited 30 minutes in line for an oil change for them to come out and tell us they weren't taking anymore for today after this car, and pointed to the car in front of us. This was mine and my husband's go to place for our vehicles but will finding somewhere new to go!"
"COMPLAINT! I waited for an hour in line tonight at the Woodmans Oil Lube in Altoona, WI. When it was my turn after waiting an hour, the kid said "he wasn't doing anymore, sorry thats unfortunate." If he knew this and saw I was in line he could have came out 15 min after I was waiting and stated that! Mind you, the lady came out and two cars behind me and put cones. So I should have been able to get an oil change. An hour and no oil change!!! And all I get is that's unfortunate! I have been a regular customer and always bought the synthetic oil change package-this is just HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. HORRIBLE!!! Unacceptable!"
"The staff that I've made contact with during my visits have always been very friendly, courteous, conversational, and helpful when needed. Their car washes are the cheapest in the area that I know of, and their propane tanks meet the lowest prices that I know of in the area also. I think their car washes are the best hands-free car washes in the area as well. They have two washes. There can be a wait at times. They are well worth the price and time for me."
"Look at this prices. Its $0.20 cheaper than anywhere else. The gas station is clean and the cashier was very friendly and nice. One disadvantage is that they accept discovery credit cards only, or debit or cash. That might be a problem to someone. Very happy with the service and overall quality. Definitely will be beack!"
