"My hair is 75% blonde and the rest is virgin hair. I asked for a price quote on a full head highlight and was told it would be $120 maximum. Fair. Reasonable. Today, I just got told it was going to take 2 sessions and each session would be $200. I dont know anyone who would pay $400 for a full head foil ESPECIALLY in Janesville. Insane. Unprofessional. Very inconsistent."
