Le Méridien Pasadena Arcadia

"I was only there for an outdoor event midweek. There is only valet parking and due to location, no street parking at all. We were given a drink ticket, for a beer or "white blend" wine, the only choices. Nice lobby."

"If you’re looking to stay near Arcadia/Pasadena this is a lovely hotel option. The rooms are a good size, modern decor and comfortable beds. Loved the bathroom set up, separate water closet, shower with rain head and handheld, make up mirror and main mirror vanity light. In room coffee is Illy brand with real coffee cups and has a nice seating area with bar stool to enjoy it. My room had a nice garden view. Valet parking only, was prompt upon arrival and departure. Service was friendly."

"Traveled for work and stayed here, rooms were so nice and clean and the restaurant and bar had a lot of great food options available! Walking distance to a lot of other places. The valet parking was a little inconvenient but not a deal breaker for me, I’d stay there again for sure!"

"The mandatory valet parking makes no sense. The parking lot has hundreds of empty spots. Not to mention the valet service is slow and annoying. I still get a nauseating fragrance smell after many hours. Room is small. Furniture is flimsy. Will never come back. A disgrace to the Le Meridien brand."

"The basic services were great. The valet was prompt. The housekeeping came almost right away after I phoned in a concern. The front desk was professional and friendly. However, I have Titanium Elite status with Marriott and I was very disappointed that they did not honor “suite upgrades” that was part of the loyalty program benefits. I requested twice during the two days stay. The second time was because our first room had bad sink that didn’t drain properly and it had an accessibility shower that would splash everywhere. I got polite denies with excuses such as “nothing is available at the moment” and “have to wait until 4pm” to see if anything will be available then. Both times I checked the app and saw that there were suite rooms available..!! So if you have a Marriott status, don’t expect them to go out of their way to honor it. I’m not a confrontational type so I didn’t press them on the spot. I really hope they fix this system or they would lose their loyal members."
