"I’ve stayed at this location many times as I visit family in Lakewood and do business with UC, Irvine so I just combine trips. The motel is clean and quiet and the staff bend over backwards to accommodate every need. There is an included hot breakfast available every morning and free parking. For my family, it works out wonderfully!"

"Don't be misled by the professional photos and five-star reviews, this was the worst hotel experience I have ever had, by far. We arrived on a Sunday and the internet wasn't working. I was here for a work trip so it was needed, needless to say. I spoke to three different people at the front desk through the course of the day. They all said they would do something to address this problem and nothing ever happened. The hotel is also supposed to be non-smoking but you could smell it all night on the fourth floor. I would never come back to this place even if you paid me."

"This hotel beyond exceeded my expectations. I decided to save a little at a place that would welcome me and my Pup to book a suite for sleep and showers for a few days while running errands all day before a long trip as they are close to Long Beach Airport. Managment was absolutely great and Diana at the front desk made my stay a whole lot better by assisting me with a laundry situation as I was prepping a few hours prior to my flight. A+ service"

"I got there at 4pm in the afternoon. The front doors were locked. 2 women working. I asked them why, they said safety. Which said a lot about this location. The room was not good. The drawers under the tv were broken n a real eye sore, the phone was broken, elevators broken, my room cards never worked they got replaced twice. Who ever owns this place doesnt deserve the franchaise because real obvious too cheap to repair anything. This place is ghetto. The workers were all very nice. The full breakfast served was good. I would never come back here. I expect La Quinta to be better then this."

"The location was beautiful. I needed a roll in shower, and I got it. The microwave and refrigerator did not work so I reported to the front desk. They followed to the room took the microwave and brought me a brand new one out of the box. The refrigerator was turned off for 30 minutes until all of the ice melted off the sensor then it took worked as good as new. The breakfast was excellent. The beds were very soft but firm. Our whole experience was awesome. I would recommend this location to anyone."
