"I walked in for check in and greeted the front desk employee, who did not greet me back or look at me. When I got to my room I noticed all of the trash cans did not have any bags in them, and when it was time to take a shower, I had one regular towel and the rest were hand towels. Due to my experience with check in I did not call for more towels, felt it would just serve to upset the employees, so I used a hand towel to dry myself. I booked the room for 3 people. I won’t be staying here again. It’s unfortunate because I always enjoyed staying at the double tree."

"I extended my stay, and they decided not to clean my room, provide fresh towels, or anything. When I complained, they said they were waiting for management approval, as I was part of a large corporate gathering. Instead of offering me a new room, they said, "This is it!" What a great way to ruin a brand. I hope someone from the hotel's corporate office is reading this review. Also, when I asked them to send maintenance to address the very poor water pressure in the shower, they said their engineer would come whenever he can, but failed to give me a time window. I would never stay here again. The lowest quality with highway noise in the room - this feels like taking advantage of a customer. Update: their maintenance showed up and said they need to repair the valve and can’t do anything. Question for the front desk management is how can you charge a customer full amount for all was described above??"

"The location is in a business park near the airport. It's driving close to shops and restaurants. The hotel is very nice. The desk crew were pleasant. The cookie fresh and warm. The room was really nice. Everything was correct. The breakfast Buffett was excellent. The bacon and sausage were of good quality. The eggs were scrambled perfectly. There is a menu if you don't want the Buffett. Parking was convenient. The parking fee of $27 was in my opinion too high for the setting. There were no fake fees other hotels in the neighborhood are charging. We had a very nice stay."

"1. The staff are helpful and nice. 2. The room was stuffy and damp, it smelled like wet cigarette. I opened the window for air, but saw dust all around. Outside, by the window were wooden items that seemed to have been dumped there. They were soaked and wet. 3. The shower pressure was great! However, it didn't produce hot water. The water was lukewarm even after waiting 20 minutes to see if it will get hot."

"Comfortable and clean rooms. Decent restaurant. Located in an office park, so quiet but nothing right by. Breakfast buffet is $19 and doesn't feel worth it. But the drink selection at night is good and reasonably priced."
