"This afternoon, I went to Ulta and we were constantly followed around by this Mac worker, she asked us if we needed help and we said no politely. The mac worker was just being weird and following our every move like if we were gonna steal or something (we weren’t) we felt uncomfortable because we weren’t able to shop good and look around. This lady followed us to the register and she said something to another worker and they watched us out the window. The lady had a turban and you guys should talk to her cause it just wasn’t a great experience overall. Never had a bad experience at this Ulta until today."

"I went into look for a Christmas gift my my daughters, as a father I am not very familiar with skin, makeup or hair products. I was able to receive phenomenal service from beauty consultant Lariah. This consultant saved the day, she was very knowledgeable about hair, skin, and makeup products. I didn’t know how many different lines of high end products there were in the beauty industry. I thought I’d be there for Elise 2 to 4 hours trying to figure out stuff. Needless to say, I was in and out within an hour. Thank you Soo much Lariah, you definitely made my Christmas shopping a breeze and I’m excited too see the look on my 17 and 19 year olds faces when they open my gifts!"

"This morning I came in for Black Friday shopping and I was exited to see the deals but I ended up leaving very uncomfortable and angry. When I shop I like to take my time and find the right shade and contemplate multiple times before I get something and I never have any problems but when I came to this store I was looking at the tart concealers and out the corner of my eye I saw a worker standing right next to me just staring at me at first I didn’t think anything of it till I felt uncomfortable because she was just staring at mw while looking for my shade and when I’d look at her she would try to pretend to do something so I felt weird and went in the other aisle, she followed and stood at the end of the aisle watching me I told the person I was with and they said they noticed as well I think she thought I was stealing but I most certainly was not I just came there to shop, when I went in the next aisle she asked if I needed help finding anything and I told her no, after that she just stood there and continued watching me. I ended up getting upset and just checking out and leaving because she made me very uncomfortable constantly watching me and following me I was doing nothing wrong but trying to find the right shades to things and finding deals aka shopping like a normal person. Idk if she thought I was stealing because of how I dressed or because I didn’t have makeup on and I was at a makeup store or what but it does not matter you should never make anyone feel uncomfortable by following them around the store just because you THINK something. I will not be back this was a terrible experience."

"Customer service at this location is very lacking. I will go next door to Sephora at Kohls next time. Had to return a sharpener that was faulty. As I had not been to this location I asked where it would be for the replacement. She pointed over there on that wall is where the Ulta stuff is. Nope. Back to the front. I decided to look at the shelves by the register and still not seeing it. I asked were you going to help me find this? She said it’s on this side. Mind you neither of them were doing anything."

"I took my daughter here for a makeover for her sixth birthday and her fifth birthday. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very informative taught me her dad how to apply make up we picked out a product purchased it and left."
