AMC Burbank 16

"Great venue, great crowd, great free parking, great near by establishments for anything else before or after your AMC entertainment."

"Bring a blanket and grab snacks from the candy store that's 1 block away! Saw Dune 2 so it was one of the larger probably newer theaters. Sound was a little overwhelming, I would almost suggets loops or some kind of hearing protection. They had black adjustable recliners that don't go all the way back but were still really comfortable. Room was slightly cool but I think that's better than getting too hot and sweating in the chair, especially for a 2hr movie."

"Hard to believe I've been in ne la for a decade and never made it to this Burbank AMC, one of two within a block each other. This is the nicer one with a bar/lounge and dedicated imax theater. Seating was updated and everything was very clean and nice. Food is still a bit of a joke (see photos) but the fact that you can get chicken tenders and sliders as supposed to a 3000 calorie bucket of pop corn is a win even if the food is not."

"I always go to this theatre because it’s convenient and I’ve always had good customer service. Recently I had a horrible experience. Maybe there was a miscommunication and I had to call the manager to fix the situation regarding the mean girls popcorn bucket. That’s fine. The manager resolved the issue. The date is 1/17/2024 around 10pm. I don’t go around looking for timestamps so I’m sure management can look through the footage. The whole experience was wrong. The disgruntled staffer stormed to the back to grab the bucket and refused to even put the popcorn in the bucket after the refund. That’s fine. I don’t care everyone makes mistakes. We also ordered a hot dog and my friend mentioned that it’s smaller than usual and there was a huge bite taken out. I will be filing a complaint to the food safety board. What kind of operation are you guys running? I get better service in van nuys. I tried taking a picture but the staffer snatched the hot dog out of my hands. It’s all on camera. Horrible experience. I thought this was Burbank. I don’t expect to be treated like a second class citizen when I’m trying to see a movie and pay for services that are supposed to be rendered."

"Great theater. Although something I noticed here, I just stumbled across. I'm not sure if this requires an inspection. I advised the security team when I noticed it. A pillar seems to be having a crack surrounding it. The water seeps through the cracks. In some places. Not sure if it does around the pillar."
