"I decided to go to a different stylist because my sons usual stylist wasn’t there today. Unfortunately I wasn’t very happy with my son’s haircut. I didn’t want to overreact at the moment, but my sons hair looks uneven and just awful. Update- no call as promised from management. That’s how you lose clients. Not looking for a 20 dollar refund. Do better at training your staff."

"WOW. I got an incredible hair cut for a fair price, from a nice person. What a refreshing change! I have a "fancy" place I go to when I am at home, but I was traveling to Madison from the east coast. I flew into Milwaukee and needed a little trim. I walked in and immediately was greeted, got seated and started talking with Coffee about what I needed. She went to work and in no time had me looking 100X better than I did when I walked in. Being from out of town, she also provided me with some wonderful insights on places to visit and eat while I was here. It just might be worth flying into town every time I need a haircut.
