"I would strongly advise against this place. Initially, my appointment was canceled on the same day due to the provider feeling unwell, so I rescheduled for the following week. When I arrived, the office was locked, and calls and messages went unanswered. Even when I tried the personal phone number given during a previous cancellation, there was no response. After waiting for 15 minutes and deciding to leave, they called back, citing an emergency. They should have contacted me first. They wasted my time and gas. Despite their offer to reschedule, I can no longer trust this place, and I'll be seeking a refund from Groupon. If your time is valuable, consider looking elsewhere. Not recommended."
