"Just rescued a dog this morning and basically needed to buy everything to get started. I was in the store for almost an hour, picking out everything from food, toys, bed, treats, leash, etc. The two girls that were working this morning really took their time to help me make the best decisions for my new pup and guide me in the right directions. They were so patient with me and my baby and both were extremely informative, kind, and professional. I feel bad I didn’t catch their names. I’ve never had a bad experience here and go out of my way to come to this location. Thank you so much for your help, ladies! My dog is settling in nicely. :)"
"I’ve been to this store many times and I have always left with a good feeling. The customer service I experience here is outstanding. The store is kept clean and smells good. The staff is knowledgeable and always points me in the right direction when I’m looking for a certain product. In my trip to the store today, Linda and Gillian were extremely helpful. They were so helpful that I felt compelled to write this review. Both had knowledge in the products and spent time answering my questions while helping other customers on a busy Friday night. They honestly went above and beyond. I recommend this store to all. Because of the excellent service I have here every time I come, as well as tonight, I will choose this store over other pet stores when I need something for my furry friends."
