"Had a simple windshield repair done at Mander. I called the day prior and made an appointment. The technician was on-time and went through the process with me. I waited for the work to be preformed and was able to observe the staff speaking about other customers and work they had going on in the shop. The exchange was always considerate of the customer base showing they truly cared about what they were doing. My repair went fine (about 1/2 the price of the national chains) and while I hope I won't need them in the future I wouldn't hesitate to go back if the need arises."

John was great working with my insurance company, and all my sensors on my back bumper have been working perfectly since it was repaired in December. When I got my car back they did a thorough wash on the outside and cleaned the inside which was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend if you need any type of body repair."

"I had a minor quarter panel scrape from an accident and brought my vehicle in for a repair estimate. I was able to get a quick estimate on the damage with no appointment. While John was reviewing the damage, he questioned if the scrape had even removed the paint down to the primer and bodywork. He offered to have it buffed for a minimal charge and see how much actual damage there was. I scheduled an appointment with him and the brought the vehicle back. The buffing was done in just a few minutes and looked beautiful! No need to proceed further with an insurance claim. I offered to pay the minimal charge but since it only took a few minutes, he was very gracious and did not charge me. I didn't think that sort of thing would happen in this day and age. I have had Mander take care of several much more extensive repairs in the past and they have always done top notch work for me. This is a great service company."
