"I have never had such a bad nail job!!! I walked in with my daughter, who is 13, her nails were beautiful, mine not at all!!!!! Dip powder has a process, it doesn't consist of dipping your nails in color 4 times then putting a top coat on and putting them under a light!!! My nails are crooked, bumpy, not enough color so they are transparent and downright ugly! I also got my eyebrows waxed and she took half my eyebrows off! I have NEVER had such a rush job! She did my nails in less than 20 minutes! $137 dollars later and I will never be back!!! If you don't have time to do a walk in then just say that!!!!!"

"I’ve been coming here since it opened but recently ive noticed randomized pricing from the staff and a decrease in quality. Made an appointment over the phone for my friend to get an acrylic full set and I a basic pedicure. We show up and only one person is there. She does my pedicure first and rushed through it. Barely touched my calluses, didn’t feel around for them and just went straight for my heel. My pedicure lasted 15 minutes total which is very short, they look nice but that was not the experience i was used to from this place. My friend had a slight communication issue while trying to tell the lady the shape of nail she wanted, my friend got over that part but the design on her tips was not even close to what she wanted. I went out and got the same colors myself and did her polish at my house after we left. And now we get to the overpricing… i also got my eyebrows waxed and as you can see on the picture an eyebrow wax is $10 and basic pedi is $30. I was charged $50… my friend was charged $60 when its $30 and maybe add $10 for design. She got regular acrylic nails with matte color, so no shellac… and the last time i went before this i just got my eyebrows done with a friend, they charged me $10 and him $15? If you’re a guy you have to pay more i guess???"
