"Upon checking in , Charla made it very clear she had absolutely NO tolerance for a customers needs. As soon as we're checked in at 3:40 the woman swung the lab door open and rudley told me and my mother that they do not take phone calls in HER office nor handle customers after 3:40. I asked her the what time last appointment times were and she said 4pm then asked if she needed to repeat herself again... very passive aggressive individual handling such a serious procedures.... I cannot believe this woman has made it this far in the medical field."

"I'm writing to inform you of the wonderful care being provided by one of your employees - Charla - from the Gold River branch in California. Charla is perhaps the only person who's capable of doing her job with utmost care, patience, and professionalism at that location. I have hard to find veins and every time I would come to Quest to get my monthly blood work done, no one is capable of doing their job properly. I would always have some sort of an issue with everyone until Charla came! Not only does she find my vein in matter of seconds but she also does it painlessly, which is something that I can't say about the rest of the staff. Charla is hands down the best phlebotomist at Quest! She's also extremely nice and makes sure that all her patients are well taken care of and are never stressed out."

"I do not recommend this laboratory. They could not take blood from my child's vein. First, they pierced one arm and did not get into a vein. Then the other hand and again could not get into the vein, drove the needle here and there and nothing. My child had a severe tantrum that lasted for a long time. They barely calmed her down. They tortured my child a lot. The staff should be more qualified."

"Absolutely no problem. Appointment was at 7:40 in the morning didn't have to wait past that. Megan was excellent phlebotomist. Very gentle no bruising."

"First time visiting this location. Your employee Charla was very inconsiderate with my child's appointment at 8am. We were about 9 to 10 mins late due to my child being very nervous and there was a guest already signing in to there computer, not knowing there were 2 computers and since it went past the 10 minutes she wouldn't help us and told us the wait could be up to 6 hours now. My child had to fast for 8 hours so there was no way we could wait that long. Never going back to this location. Employees need to be more compassionate in this field seeing as I am in the medical field as well I would've treated us 100x better being in her position. Very poor experience with Charla. She was very unhelpful with the check in system. I hope you guys have a talk with her on how to deal with similar situations and being a better person. Now due to her being unhelpful I have to make a whole new appointment and take more time off of work and more time of her schooling. She is not a good representation for your company.
