"do NOT book with them. VERY unprofessional. paid a $100 deposit for my appointment. kept getting rescheduled the day before the appointment (three times over a span of one month) and then 3-4 days before my appointment i get a call saying she gave the appointment to the wrong person and asked if i can “come in tomorrow” instead despite all of the inconvenient schedule changes. when calling me to ask if i can “come tomorrow” they called my mother thinking it was me divulging ALL my personal information (HIPPAA violation) on accident without verifying who they were speaking with, luckily it was just my mother. i asked for a refund for the deposit after being frustrated with the entire scheduling process i was told it was take 4-6 weeks. it’s been 7 weeks and the message i received acknowledging the refund is now mysteriously deleted from my patient message center. i still haven’t gotten my money back and STILL NEED MY TEETH REMOVED. still in pain and out $100 bucks and now nobody will return my call."

"The dentist and oral surgeon are qualified but the way they handle people with paperwork and payment is dehumanizing. I waited 30 minutes to see the oral surgeon, Dr Meyers, and still wasn’t able to receive treatment before agreeing to pay in full, even when I have medical and dental insurance. This was also a problem when seeing the dentist Dr Meyers. We always had to pay and then received a refund check about 3 months later. Why is this even allowed? Basically they feel it’s ok to borrow money from their patients. I would not recommend unless you plan to pay cash."
