"Emily was very nice and we had great conversations. As for my service. I had color cut n style. I was Quoted at $110 but was charged $130 plus tip. I wasn’t too upset as I know this service was costly. However the color dried my hair ( blond ) to a dirty dry mess. It looks like a Qtip. It’s dry and dry looking!! I’m familiar with Aveda products but I wouldn’t recommend Aveda color over Redkin Color gloss which has a very nice shine afterwards! I’m not happy with the cut and I have a fuzzy mess a few days after the service. I won’t go back there again. Now I must wait to get this redone to my liking. Wish I would have went somewhere else! Rethink Aveda!! Also I think a shampoo to purchase would have been offered. I asked about it but wasn’t offered or recommended anything. I would think product sales would bring great revenue. Just a mediocre job!"

"I was very disappointed in my cut. It's uneven and will take at least 3 months to grow out. Plus the stylist used a flat iron on my hair and damaged the ends. My hair looked terrible . I would not recommend."

"My stylist was friendly and my cut was nice but my very expensive highlights were kind of a waste of money. I showed her the first picture with the chunky maroon and blonde highlights, but what I got was the second picture- basically all you can see is one blonde streak on each side. None of the other highlights showed up. Edit: the store actually saw my review and took the time to call and offer to make it right !!! That’s excellent stellar service. Thanks guys!!!"
