"The greeting by Amy D was friendly. There were 3 people ahead of me when I checked in, and 5 stylists were cutting hair. The wait time was quoted as 25 to 30 minutes. By 25 minutes, I was in a chair. One of the best haircuts I've had in a while. My wife even complimented it. All thanks to Amy D! I'll be back for sure."
"The quality of service here is fine, and the location is extremely convenient for me, but the inability to book an appointment through the app is infuriating. As a result, I've used other salons for my last couple haircuts. I don't care if the wait is an hour, at least I can plan for that. But if I have to come in and then wait for an hour, you'll never get my business. Please get online bookings back up."
