"I came in at 515pm almost close to closing. Reception did great job of getting my info and the link was easy. Reception was transparent about wait time bland super chill. Not fake friendly or condescending. Once in, the process of seeing a nurse and D.O. was quick. They were super compassionate and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend."

The staff is professional and friendly, the doctors are wonderful and the locations are clean and very nice. I have had to call on several occasions to ask for x-ray images and records and they have responded immediately. I hands down give them the highest recommendation!"

"Being a Sunday, I had my concerns about responsiveness… but had nothing to worry about. I was quickly connected with a live person and had a tele-med conference scheduled for within 2 hours. That conference went very well and I very quickly had a prescription for what I needed. Excellent customer service!!"

"I went in extremely unwell and Dr. Brittney Borman was genuinely so kind and helpful. I was in a lot of pain and very shaken up and Dr. Borman really did everything she could to ease my mind. She answered every one of my questions with honesty and assured me about every concern I had. I couldn’t really sit for a long period of time and she was in and out of the room very quickly so I didn’t have to wait for too long. I’ve never had great experiences going to the ER and urgent care but she genuinely made my visit so much easier."

"I took my child to urgent care for an ear infection. We were the first patients there. Front desk was courteous. The assistant that checked my child’s vitals was friendly. Then we waited what seemed like a good amount of time with the room. We saw Heather Bonnville. As soon as she came in she apologized for the wait mentioning that she was on a virtual call. We waited way too long to be seen so I appreciated she acknowledged the wait. However as soon as she started examining my child she was in a total rush. She was impatient when I asked questions and ran out of the room like she had somewhere else to go as soon as possible. She did not give me the chance or my child to ask any questions. When I did want to take a minute to go over the medication she cut me off and told us to wait outside for the paperwork and left the room in a hurry. She didn’t say bye or anything. It was so rude. After we waited over 30 minutes to see her she gave only 5 minutes of her time and personal attention, if that. It gets even worse. When we went into the pharmacy to pick up the prescription for his ear infection we were told that the dosage is too low. She was in such a rush or hurry she got the prescription wrong. So now I am back at Marque Urgent care waiting again to get the right prescription for my child, something that could have been done correctly with a little care. I am disappointed with Heather Bonnville’s lack of attention to detail and inability to provide good care. Marque needs to do a better job and remind their people to handle each patient with providing a happy and good experience. If you have been happy with our service they say to leave a review.
