The staff is so friendly and will answer any questions and help you if needed.I am never going back to any other imaging places again. "I was not personally a patient but someone very close to me was. As they checked in, the receptionist Sylvia let them know she had read their chart, and she proceeded to doll out her medical advice. In a nutshell, they were told the doctor was not giving the care they should be getting. And also bad mouthed the doctor (who is the one that referred them to go there)..she did this all out in front of other patients in the waiting area.. After she finished giving her medical advice, that was not asked for and by the way, she gave them a card, the other woman’s name down at sitting next to her, they did not speak to at all, and ask them to give them a good review… they hadn’t even spoken one word to the other lady sitting here. Sylvia, I am assuming decided she was going to give her free medical advice because she used to work for a podiatrist. I personally don’t think that she had any business being a receptionist, reading, somebody’s medical chart and throwing out any medical advice. They were super pleased with the service behind the door as far as time spent there and the niceness importance of the person doing x-rays. No complaints there whatsoever."
