Tender Memories 3D/4D Ultrasound

"Went the first time everything was good they happily accommodated my big party of 11. I thought the pictures came out good but since my baby was asleep they recommended coming back a week later so I did and I made sure my baby was awake and active but their machine apparently broke as I was waiting and I couldn’t do my rescan which was really upsetting. They offered me to come back again but I didn’t feel like coming a 3rd time so I just asked for my original photos/CD to be finalized but she told me she couldn’t do that but I think they didn’t save it and just didn’t want to say that. At least I got one photo to go home with but I wish I had the original session because I was happy with it even though my baby was asleep. First experience 9/10 second experience 2/10 ):"
