"Horrible customer care, especially, the lady in the cubicle to the left as you walk in the door. Every time, she insists on drawing my 80 year old mother’s blood. She is rough, rude, and hurts my mom every time. Always moving or twisting needle as she removes it. Told me I could not go back to the area because of germs. Excuse me. She is very unprofessional and my my mom has anxiety every time we go."

"By far one of the worst places to go. The staff simply doesn’t care about the people waiting in line for appointments or for walk ins. Not to mention the attitude they seem to give everyone when they see a line. They spend all their time talking to one another or just on the phone with no regard for the patients. I’ve seen people wait for more than 2 hours(having appointments at a set time) while others walk in and get seen before them. This establishment is a joke and the nurses are an even bigger one. If you value your time I suggest going to another location. This was a completely unpleasant experience not only for me but for every other person waiting in line for longer than expected, especially the elderly who seem to get shunned when all they do is simply ask questions."
