Atascadero Inn

"This manager was so rude I could not believe he is allowed to work with the public!! I walked up to check in I was informed I had a early check in,he told me if I paid him $45 more and a $20 deposit then he would let me, I'm 65 and handicapped and hard to walk, I said how much total more do you want? Then he said I was rude and he was not going to let me have my room that I had paid for on line $125. He also said he was keeping my money!!! He is stealing money from a senior citizen. I was so confused how can he get away stealing money, DON'T STAY AT ATASCADERO INN WORST PLACE IN TOWN!! The manager needs to learn some manners! Rude person at counter. Hilerie Lanning"

"I just have to say that after reading these one and two start ratings, I cannot believe they actually stayed at this motel! My wife and I rented a room from them, on the ground floor and haven't slept that well in some time. Clean room, comfortable bed, and friendly professional staff. Would recommend this motel to anyone!"

"I wish I could give them zero. My wife called and setup the reservation. We were traveling with our pets and the lady said it was no problem. We got to the inn and they would not except the pets. DO NOT BOOK a room with this company."

"We stayed for just one night. It was late so we walked up and they had vacancy for us and our pups as we were traveling and needed somewhere quick to stay. Everyone at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. Anytime we had a question, someone was there to help us right away. The rooms were much more spacious than we thought, clean, comfortable bedding and had everything we needed. It was overall a great stay for us and our pups!"

"Zero stars for the Atascadero Inn. Terrible rooms, smells like smoke (owners smoke), dirty, damaged walls, cigarette burns in blankets, no covers on electrical outlets or ceiling lights. Then they ask for your credit card for incidentals. What incidentals? The scam they are running is that they charge you after you leave for “dirty” towels. My wife wiped down the top of the cabinet so she could iron my shirt. They also charged our other friends for the exact same thing. The place is a dump inside and out. Do not go by pictures. They were very rude and this is the worst place we have ever stayed. BEWARE!!! If we could post pictures we would. Usually, I would never leave a review like this, but it was bad."
