"1/26/24. I called Centerlake main number yesterday and they said no appointment needed to get a CD of my biopsy. I asked about hours and also posted a picture of their door below. When I arrived at 1pm the front desk said she wouldn’t be back from lunch until 2. At 2 I went back up front and they said now she’s be back at 2:30. When I went to the door in the back the lady whooshed me to the front and when I finally got to the back she says “I’m still at lunch.”. “Do you have an appointment? I don’t live close enough to go home and come back so I just waited in my car. Terrible service waiting close to 2 hours to get my medical records."
"We don't often think of sharing our positive experiences. Only the ones that upset us. I thought I'd share the positive. For the past couple of years I've been coming to this location. Never have I had a negative experience. Front desk, technicians, etc. have all been very congenial. EX: This morning I had an 8:30am appointment for Bone Density test followed by a mammogram. By 9:30am I was back in my kitchen heating up soup. They don't waste time. They get the job done quickly and accurately, all while still making you feel like they care."
"Receptionists are not very friendly or welcoming. Wait tines are ridiculous. Went in for an MRI. Got there a bit early to complete paperwork. This in itself was stupid beyond belief considering I answered all the same questions during a phone call 3 weeks ago. Had to wait an hour past my appointment time. There will be no next time here."
"I went in for neck X Ray and apply a CD Copy on my doctor’s request. Ms Alma at the Ontario location is the most friendly person I ever encountered. She expedited to create the copy because she noticed how fragile I was while waiting. So thankful of her being kind to me and others. The whole center is clean and pleasant. Staffs are courteous and professional. Highly recommend to people in the area for their great service."
"Central lake imaging in Ontario I love it here the place is clean. The receptionist were nice. The MRI tech Jun Desideno was professional, kind, respectful and did a great job. The receptionist Alma was kind, nice and very professional. She made sure to let me know how long my disc would take."
