"Room was fine, not extravagant, but for a beach town it was fine, you can hear the neighbors but after 11pm all was nice and quiet. Staff was fine, nice little place to eat next door. Decent place to sleep, not a resort, no breakfast but decent. Would stay again for a weekend trip."

"The room was very clean and cozy, and even came with a touch sensor mirror! The owner is also very sweet and clearly cares about the guests. I felt extremely safe as a solo traveling female. For the low price, it's well worth the stay. Side note: The location is PERFECT and just a 5 minute walk to the pier! I could see Morro Rock right outside my door, too!"

"Bedsheets and pillows (2 out of 3 provided) were clean. Towels were clean but stained. Carpet didn't seem that clean. It's a barebones no frills place for an affordable night's sleep (all things considered). Location is very good, and you can even see Morro rock from the 2nd floor. They let us leave the car parked in the lot for a couple of hours after checking out, which was nice... we later found that parking is not an issue in the area tho, so we would have been fine. If you can afford it, i wouldn't spend more than a night here - it's ok for one night, but i would prolly look for a nicer place if it's a longer trip. Plenty of options in the area!"

"Pros: Decent overall value. Clean room. Moderately comfortable bed. Cons: small water heater leads to short hot showers, but most irritating is the towels. They’re small and you shouldn’t plan on getting extras. I’d bring my own towels next time."

"This is a great place to stay: our room was very clean, with a comfortable king bed, mini fridge, nice bathroom, very central location with a nice view of the Morro rock. We had a super relaxing stay for a good price and the owner was extremely friendly, as he even accommodated a last minute change of dates for our stay due to illness without any additional charge. We will be back!"
