"The whole experience was lovely. The service was great. Attentive, yet not sickingly so. The food was very delicious. Some dishes, like the French onion soup was the best I've had. The chicken special was slightly dry, but had wonderful sauces that covered. The beef bourgignon was very good. The wine available by the glass was very good. The old fashioned was great! Really nice to also have the Vincent Burger again after all this time.! A delight!"

"Food was very good. The special I got was chicken with sauce that was slightly sweet and had pomegranate seeds in it. I don't recommend the Tian Provencale, pretty plain to me. All other food was delicious."

"Food is not only my livelihood, it’s my passion. A recent trip back to Minneapolis for my high school reunion meant curating the best places to eat for our way too short visit. The only dilemma is that one of my favorite things about Minneapolis is the quality of the restaurants! How do you choose, when the majority aren’t just good, they’re great! You don’t. You leave it to one of your BFF’S who lives downtown and really gets your obsession with food. She chose Chloe by Vincent, a neighborhood restaurant just a short walk from her apartment. Walking into Chloe’s was like being invited into someone’s warm embrace. It was “home”. It was exactly the way you’d hope a French bistro would be in France, or really, any kind of restaurant anywhere. It always comes down to the people who own, manage, cook, greet and serve – and from the moment you walk in you’ll know that you are a valued guest. The vibe is that tight. Food? Wine? It was perfect. Mussels, steak frites, crepe, sea bass, dessert, rose, pear cognac – all ordered and sampled and shared, and this restaurant experience will go down as one of my top favorite dining memories. She couldn’t have chosen any better."

"Chloe by Vincent has good vibes but the food is MID. I’m not surprised. A lot of these “aesthetic” restaurants that get hyped up on social media always have average food. Service was okay… our server said she’d be happy to split dishes since she saw that my friend and I were planning on sharing couple entrees. They charged a $6 splitting fee without telling us and I didn’t realize until after I had paid. I don’t care about the money but she made it seem like she was doing us a favor and didn’t bother to let us know it was an additional charge. One of the dishes I ordered was their duck pasta. Duck is supposed is melt in your mouth like butter, but unfortunately this restaurant has some of the driest duck I’ve ever eaten in my life. It had no flavor and the texture was like overcooked dried up chicken bits. In my opinion, just save your money. There are restaurants in Minneapolis that are way better than this one. Not worth the hype or the price."
