"Amazing hotel! I have stayed in a lot of hotels all over, both for leisure & work, and this was by far one of the better experiences. Very friendly & knowledgeable staff, clean property, comfortable beds, nice lounge & a convenient location. Also can’t beat the free complimentary hot breakfast. Carol from the front desk was especially pleasant to work with. She is very friendly & helpful, making our stay much more enjoyable. Our family lives in Paso, so we look forward to future stays when we visit. If I can share one bit of feedback, is that management should implement quieter closing doors. I was in room 517 and at night while sleeping I heard the door close loudly 7 times (but stopped after 12:30am). Echoed through the hallway, quite disruptive & loud. Not sure if it was the stair door or the other room doors, but hopefully management can look into it as it’s a straight forward fix that would make guests much happier. Only other thing missing is a hotel rewards membership system!"

"Very nice modern hotel. Very clean and comfortable room. Good breakfast and social hour drink food included. However, very annoying that they only want to provide any type of room cleaning one day in a 3 day stay. You have to ask and then they start conversation with a min service description and then you have to ask to have bed made, ask to have towels changed out, etc. The lack of service is “provided’ in an effort to be environmentally conscious and safe. I call it withholding service to save money."

"LOVED this place!! The front desk staff were all super nice. Jeff, the shuttle driver was awesome and gave us great recommendations for our time in Paso Robles. The location was perfect, so close to everything downtown. The shuttle takes you anywhere within a 5 mile radius so no need to worry about driving after wine tasting. The hotel was very nice looking, fun fire pit out back, heated pool and a hot tub- both open year round! Very nice after our late arrival and 4 hour drive. The room was super big, bathroom too, plenty of space, no confine or claustrophobic feeling. And a microwave AND fridge! Let’s not forget the bar, restaurant, gym and free breakfast every morning! Literally ZERO complaints. Loved everything about this place. Have already recommended it to many friends and will DEFINITELY be staying here next time we are in town!"

"We stayed one night at this hotel on our California road trip and it was the perfect stop. The staff at the hotel were very kind, and we were offered a free appetizer and glass of wine upon arrival. This hotel is aesthetically very pleasing. The vibe that this hotel gives is a modern-industrial-chic one and is decorated with beautiful statement decor and furniture. We thought that the jokes written on the fabric of the chairs in our room were so fun, the green velvet couch in our room was so nice and comfortable, and we especially loved that the tub and stand up shower were separate. The finishing design choices are the perfect touches giving it a higher end feel, such as the hexagon floor tiles, and the wood looking tiles in the elevator. I could go on about the aesthetic as I loved it all and thought it was extremely well done. Parking at this hotel is free, and there was also a complimentary breakfast. We loved the fact that you could order eggs or omelettes made fresh, and also have access to the buffet style breakfast-it was very good! If we were ever in the area again I would stay at this hotel again!"
