"I went there today for lab work. There were only few people there, it does not look like a busy quest lab location. The only issue was the parking. I parked at the structured parking across the building."

"I didn't have a appointment but my doctor asked me to go right away. I arrived first thing in the morning for my 3 hour glucose test. I was taken right away. The staff is caring and try their best to fit everyone in that are walk in. Most I saw people wait over the spand of 3 hours I spent there is about 15-20 minutes even though they were 1 person short that day. They took my blood 4 times without bruising. One of the best test experience I've ever had!"

"Back from lunch at 1 you say? 1:30 and I'm still waiting.... UPDATE: They never showed. One hour later and someone comes to open up the building to fix their broken A/C. Why did it let me make an appointment if they were closed? Why does it not indicate they were closed anywhere? What a joke of a company. 4th location I have visited today with similar horrible experiences in each. UPDATE 2: They apologize but give no attenpt to recover or make it up. Embarassing customer service."

"Inside the Providence Building on the 3rd Floor and across from St. Joseph Hospital by the 22 freeway. This is a little older facility (they’re currently renovating the 4th Fl so not sure if they’ll eventually get to all floors) but the times I’ve been here it’s been an easy in and out experience. The staff is very nice and friendly. You can see the wait time on their website and can also schedule an appointment in advance. You arrive, you sign in through and I-pad, very efficient. Waiting area is small but they’ve managed to social distance with a few chairs and floor stickers. There’s street parking around but also a structure across and they validate for 2 hrs"
