"The Canyon Villa is an extraordinary immersive experience! It's the best-of-the-best in Paso Robles, and in my opinion, the entire California wine country. Everything is amazing...the rooms, the living areas, and the cuisine/wine pairings are all very tastefully done. Wills is a culinary artist and Kath is a master at making you feel special. Everything they do is so thoughtful. It starts as soon as you wind up Kiler Canyon Road through the wineries and drive past their gate, up the hill to their Villa. It just gets better once you're inside and stay for a few days. Wills and Kath....thank you for a truly wonderful wine country experience!"

"My wife and I stayed at The Canyon Villas for three nights during a getaway to Paso Robles. We are fortunate to have the means to stay at nice full-service resorts and hotels when we travel, but this bed and breakfast was one of the finest experiences that we have enjoyed. This is due largely to the extra attention to detail and hospitality that the proprietors, Wills and Kath, put into hosting you as a guest in their modern, Italianate home. The experience is also enhanced by the amazing property, sculptures, and amazing views across the landscape and nearby wineries. The scenery is captivating. The property has four rooms. You will have many opportunities to meet and engage with the other guests, including breakfast and evening wine. We really enjoyed meeting and getting to know the other guests. Chef Wills serves up an amazing breakfast every morning, of natural and locally sourced foods. You do NOT want to miss this luxurious experience, which probably is the highest quality breakfast in the Central Coast. You will be spoiled. The aromatic coffee was remarkable, and we bought some of their custom blend to take home. Dietary restrictions are happily accommodated. Pro Tip: If you have the opportunity to stay three nights (including Sunday night), you have the opportunity to join the hosts and guests for a complimentary Sunday Dinner prepared by Chef Wills, which is very special. This is a luxury accommodation, so it will appeal to those who value great food, great wine, art, meeting new and interesting people, and treasure new and lasting experiences. We cannot quit talking about our experience at the Canyon Villas, and it was a highlight of our visit. We cannot wait to return again."
