"The staff woman was incredibly rude to my husband and I. We tried to print a couple of our wedding photos of us with our parents as Christmas gifts, (no watermarks or logos) and she asked if they were work of a photographer. Then told us we couldn't take them, as if we were stealing them, though we have a contact stating that we have full access and ownership of our pictures. She was snarky and told us that we needed an actual release form, not an official signed contract. They have lost all my business in the future and I will be purchasing from other businesses. Shame on you for treating your customers like thieves."
