"I received an MRI referral from my health provider and called to make an appointment. I was told they did not have the orders, therefore, they could not make an appointment for me. They said to call my doctor. I did. I called the next day. A guy answered and kept putting me on hold. He said he had the orders but not the referral. Therefore, he will not make the appointment. He said to call my health provider. I told him I had the referral number and provider information. Didn't matter to him. He was not helpful at all! Not even apologetic."

"Imaging work was fine. I never received any notion of a copay due at the time the service was performed or any correspondence stating this. I would have had no problem paying the amount which a debt collector letter stated I owed. The only issue I have is - why wasn't I contacted prior this bill going to debt collection? I will contact my health provider to verify that I am in arrears and register a complaint about this contractor."

"I had to go in for a second attempt since I was too anxious during the first appointment. Andre the MRI tech was so kind. He suggested I talk to my doctor about anti anxiety meds. For the second appointment I took the medication, had sleep masks and moat importantly my husband beside me. Andre was very supportive and helped my husband to comfortably support me. "Very professional staff. Went for my MRI this morning and left completely satisfied by the attentiveness and patience of the Downey team, especially Sandra.
