"The lady upfront is very rude . I asked her how much longer for my wait since I been waiting 40 minutes already . She needs a muzzle she was already aggressively telling me how much longer before I was even done talking. I walked away and she still continued to talk to me in a rude way .very unprofessional"

"Visited for my NT scan and anatomy scan and had a wonderful experience with the techs. Very knowledgeable, kind, and helped me feel at ease as they checked out our baby girl. Staff kindly and quickly were able to pull up my sons records for me from 4 years ago and give me a copy. Highly recommend this practice."

"I've been referred here for all 3 of my pregnancies and there's always an issue scheduling an appointment. My doctors office faxed over what paperwork was required and their excuse is the fax machine isn't working and they're going to have someone call my doctor it's been over an hour and still no one has called my doctor to get that paperwork. You can hear everyone laughing and horsing around in the background. The lady on the phone claims their fax machine is on the fritz and in the same breath "Your doctor's office hasn't sent over the paperwork" which is it? They didn't send over the 3 faxes they told me they sent or your guy's fax machines aren't working?"

"I wanted to leave my "5 cents " here... The wait to make an appointment is greater than 25 min and the wait to see the doc is long as well , BUT I believe it's because doctors are actually spending a good amount of time with patients to ensure they've been taken care off . I saw 2 different doctors with 2 pregnancies and both were great. I'd rather wait and see a specialist who spends quality time with me than be seen right away and get " kicked out" 5 min later with questions unanswered. This is my choice and mine only who you'd prefer is up to you !"

"The doctors and nurses are nice, but this place has some major flaws. First off, even just making the appointment is a nightmare and you will spend 20-30 minutes on the phone to do something that should take 2 minutes. The appointments are NEVER on time, and I’m usually stuck waiting up to 30 minutes past my appointment time to be seen. You can tell they just way overbook people because every time I’m here there is 5-6 other pregnant women waiting to be seen at the same time and only one gets called in every 15 minutes. It’s absolutely ridiculous. Meanwhile, they won’t let partners wait in the waiting room (there is PLENTY of space) and force them to wait outside in the hallway where there are no chairs. It’s funny though because the office next door has chairs in their hallway for guests to wait in, but not Magella. I’m guessing this is some sort of COVID precaution, but it’s so outdated and doesn’t make any sense. Overall, I would recommend staying away from this place for ultrasounds."
