"After 40 years of coming to this practice and only 2 visits with the new personnel I found the experience more like a Dentistry factory without the personal touch I've been accustomed to. The other negative features I experienced were 3 fold , a rescheduled appointment which is understandable but never happening before that I can recall , a shock when without notification the office manager wanted me to pay in full instead of my co-pay for the appointment that day then have me submit to my insurance company for reimbursement because they had decided not to deal with insurance companies anymore , and finally a consult happening in the hygienists chair for 30 minutes in duration and 20 minutes into my scheduled appointment time typically done in the Doctor's office."
