"The stylists were talking about being short staffed and no one offering to come in and help. One person was leaving at 12. That meant the lady with the knee brace would gave been all alone. I got the feeling neither of them were happy. When my name was called I told the lady with the knee brace I wasn't ready and the next person could go. I was ready but she seemed crabby and I didnt want it taken out on my hair. The blonde lady calls me. I showed her pictures of what I wanted. She didnt seem happy about the layers I asked for. Everything she did with my hair she was pulling on it hard. She put some split end creme in my hair then blow dried my bands with a roller brush. It felt like my bangs were being pulled out. Then she asked me what I thought of it. I felt my hair to try to find the layers I asked for. I asked about the top back layers. She said she didnt want to give me a mullet. I asked the sylist why it wasnt even in the back? She said because I told her not to touch the lengthI left in tears. Definitely never going back here."

"Checked in on the app. It was a 90 minute wait. OK, no problem. We arrived 90 minutes later and were told that it was going to be an additional 2 and a half hour wait due to staffing issues. No one contacted us to let us know beforehand and we drove 20 minutes to get there. It was a complete waste of time."

"I walked in and looked at the list I was #5. She told me that it would be an hour and I could shop and come back. I came back and watched her cut 3 people's hair. 2 of them walked in the door and got right in and definitely weren't any of the people I saw there before me. She sat a 4 th person down and asked me my name. She then told me that I was 3 on the list and she would try to fit me in before her appointments. I walked out and needless to say I will never return. Very poor values .."

"In lake delton wisconsin, theres a great clips that ABSOLUTELY ruined my hair. I asked for a “mid fade” and was granted with 0s on the side and 4cm of hair on top."

"I arrived at 3:00pm was told there was about a 100 minute wait and asked if I wanted on the list. I said yes gave my phone number and my name then went and sat in my car and at 4:57pm I got the message saying I was next and my haircut would be in the next 15 minutes I walked into the store it was then 5:03 and the person working said that they were closed and they close at 5:00. I said what? I just got the message telling me I was suppose to be next for a haircut!? She said yeah I don’t know but we close at 5:00. So I sat in my car for 2 hours waiting for a haircut that didn’t even happen I don’t know about you in your life but I honestly don’t have 2 hours to waste and just do nothing I had to make calls and move things around so that I could get this hair cut before my cousins wedding and was unable to get a cut. Pretty upset about the entire experience if I was told no at 3:00 I could have tried other places in the area for a cut but that wasn’t the case."
