"I highly recommend Pretty in Platte. I have very sensitive, delicate eyes, eyelids, and eyelashes. Each time I have gotten my eyelashes done by Hanna it has been an amazing experience and she has made sure that I was comfortable throughout the process. I’m very particular with how my eyelashes look and my overall appearance so it was important to me that I received the best service and that was exactly what Hanna provided for me. Each time my lashes last up until my refills, the only times I have had major fall out was due to my own intervention (I picked them off-DON’T PICK THEM OFF HAHA) she also gave me instructions for proper care which I believe is the main reason they last so long. She does state that there could be some fall out after getting them done, but it’s natural to loose a few here and there from what I understand (reading and research prior to getting my lashes done). Overall, this is a great place to go, with amazing service, awesome prices, and a great lash tech!"

"If I could give this place 0 stars, I wouls. Within the first hour after service I had lost about half a dozen lashes in the corner of one eye, easily lost a dozen or more by end of day. I contacted Hannah right away to let her know they were falling out and she set up an appt to have it fixed. Which I thought was great customer service. She then cancelled that appt due to a snow storm which was understandable but she was upset when I came in at the rescheduled time (6 days from my original appt) and only had about 4-5 lashes left between both eyes. I literally lost over a dozen lashes daily following my initial appt. She fixed them, didn't make them as full as the initial interaction but again lashes started falling out far to quickly. They overall have held up better than the first time, she did say she got a new glue but they're still falling out way faster than they should. She set up a follow-up appt to check in 8 days later, but at this point (5 days since the correction) I had decided the lashes aren't working out for me. She's not experienced enough to properly apply them and instead of putting the lashes on the lash line she applies them to far out on the natural lash. Whe she accidentally glued your top and bottom lashes together she cuts your natural lashes. I cancelled my upcoming refill appt 3 days in advance with no intention of going back and was charged 50% of the cancelled service for not rescheduling. I contacted her asking why I was charged for cancellation on an unnecessary appt since technically you don't have to refill until at least 2 weeks. She said it's her policy to charge 50% of the service if the appt is not rescheduled. This policy doesn't sound legal and makes no sense, why would I reschedule an appt for a service I have no interest in? I could understand if I cancelled last minute and she charged me, but I cancelled days in advance. Instead of understanding and accepting the fact that I no longer wish to be a client considering her work is not good, she just referred me to her policy which still makes it sound like there wouldn't be an issue if I cancelled 24+hrs in advance. At this point I would not recommended Pretty in Platte to anyone unless you want to pay for a lash refill every few days rather than every 2 weeks, then be stuck on a contract for life or be charged unnecessary fees when you try to cancel. Save your money and go elsewhere or stick to magnetic or glue on lashes, they will last longer than the ones applied by this business."
