"Great location conveniently close to the Mineta airport, Downtown SJ and Milpitas. It is a quaint little property nestled next to a Mexican restaurant and near a 24hr gas station/convenience store. The price was right and cheaper than most hotels in the area, there is a $50 deposit but you will find best rates with an online booking through a third-party like Priceline or Expedia. The reviews had me a little worried about the facility conditions but after seeing my room I was pleasantly surprised and relieved. My room was in great quality and working order. There was No nasty, sleezy feel to it and I trusted having my young kids here. Even Though there is an interesting mix of visitors some good some "bad", this was a great space for a family and some rooms also have kitchens which is great for an extended stay. I deducted one star for service because eventhough my trash was changed daily after placing outside, the housekeeping moved like ninjas by my room. They did not once ask if I needed any service during my entire stay even after asking. I then was threatened to be charged for soiled linens that I requested to change days prior. Internet was solid but kind of spotty at times. Regardless, Kudos to the kind office team Jose and Mayra who were very understanding and attentive during my visit. I highly recommend this place for a budget stay in this area that is in a central location close to freeway and other local attractions like Great Mall, PayPal Park and SJSU. The price/great quality rooms are enough to make me return but the stellar customer service alone is the cherry on top. Please don't hesitate to visit this location!"

"Rude front desk staff that will dismiss your complaints and gaslight you. Say it's your problem not theirs. Weak wifi that marginally works, so don't have anything important to do while staying here. And prepare for the clerk to tell you it's your computer that's at fault for the weak wifi. Also to operate their showers you have to have Herculean levels of strength to get it to turn on. Do not recommend. Save your money!"

"Very nice staff - especially the young lady at the front desk, who allowed me to check in at 1:30pm (90 minutes early). Housekeeping staff is super nice. Was pleasantly surprised by the room - nice bed, fridge, microwave, modern shower. Felt quite safe. Admittedly the place is a bit of a dump, and the room showed its age. The adjacent restaurant (Mexican) was good but a bit overpriced. All-in-all I feel I received excellent value."

"The worst service I've ever seen! The counter gave my friend's room card to a stranger. Then the stranger used that room car opened my friend's room! They said that the man said he forgot his key. DON'T YOU GUYS CHECK THE CUSTOMER'S NAME??? It's so ridiculous!!! I would NEVER visit this hotel!!!!! Why do we need a room card? The hotel invaded privacy so severe !!!!! Be sure not to book this hotel."
