"The theatre seems big and clean but I went for a show that had very few seats booked. The volume of the movie being screened was deafening. No amount of complaining helped - I went out to Guest Services thrice in the middle of the show to request it be reduced. Wore my earphones throughout the show and it was still barely tolerable. Really ruined the experience of what was actually a nice movie."

"The seats don't recline but if you like to rock in a rocking chair, then you got it made. They diffently are perfect if you wanna rock your baby to sleep. Over all in general the restrooms were clean, they had friendly employees, everything was great. I have no complaints."

"Ample parking space and decent options from confectionery store. Decent sound quality and video screen. Though they clean the theatre halls, but still there’s a thrash between the seats and looks very unclean."

"Off to a preview at the Harkin. It was a large location with lots of space. The air was perfect since it was ragin hot outside. Didn’t have to wait long and didn’t buy any concessions. The bathrooms were clean and no wait. The prices are high but that’s to be expected. The seats are comfortable and plenty of room to get past other guests if you are sitting in a middle seat. The front rows are a little to close for my liking but what can you do? Ten out of ten would recommend. Pretty sad Sound of Freedom wasn’t playing at this theater."
