"I did not like this hotel. The carpets in the hallways and stairwells were stained and had an odor. The hallways were dark, dingy and gave off a creepy feel. The elevator was janky and missing buttons. I noticed a half-eaten burrito in the windowsill near the elevator, and it was still there when I checked out 48 hours later. My room was dirty. I spilled some water on the carpet, and when I used a towel to dry it, the white towel came up black. The walls were very thin and you could hear everything going on in the hallway (lots of loud people and door slamming late into the night). I had little interaction with the hotel staff, but housekeeping did not make the bed. The Wifi was too slow to stream media. There were a lot of seedy looking people hanging out in the parking lot and outside the hotel entrance. How does this hotel have 3.6 stars?"

"Every worker seemed like they hated their jobs. The person who initially was going to check us in basically walked off the job. Hotel is run down at best, light fixtures were hanging from the wires. Buttons were missing in the elevator. The lobby bathrooms were just awful, both men and women's entrance doors had windows, you could see directly in the bathroom. That is probably due to the interesting neighborhood surrounding this hotel. Parking lot was dark, homeless were going through the trash cans outside the room. Rooms were big enough and the bathroom even had a jacuzzi tub in it, all I had to do was ignore the burn marks on the soap dish in the tub.... Jacuzzi was cool and worked but that was not enough to fix the rest of the issues we encountered. To top it all off the young worker had to chase off 2 guys who were up to no good. The worker go's back to the lobby and starts checking people in while still wearing his hoody... really? Not going back!"

"The entrance and the reception of the hotel will give you vintage feels but the ambience of the room is very nice. All wooden flooring and the best part about it is that it has a Jacuzzi in the bathroom. I have been to many hotels but never seen a Jacuzzi inside a room. Overall my stay was pleasant and comfortable."

"The room was clean and housekeeping did a good job. We had to request an additional set of towels when we checked in, but that was quickly remedied by the helpful and friendly staff. A jacuzzi tub in the room was an unexpected plus. The location is very convenient. We had a car (there was ample free parking for guests), but the local bus stops right outside. Good places to eat are also within walking distance. I'd stay here again"

"Reading the reviews after booking my stay made me a little nervous about staying here but I just kept my booking. Checking in was super easy and fast , the staff could have been more welcoming. Front desk staff was just too dry for me but not rude. The smell of the hotel and rooms was clean , no issues with that. I might say that this Hotel needs a major update. Everything is supper run down and old, its not dirty it's just very old. Recommendation for the owner, just start renovating one room at a time you don't have to close down. Just a tip to future guest, come in check in at 4pm and not to late because the parking fills up fast. Very convenient to SAP just a 5 minute walk."
