"We celebrated my sister's graduation here and were not disappointed! All of the staff was super friendly and made sure we felt welcomed and that my sister felt celebrated. We loved the vibe of the V Bar and the bartender service was great. A bartender named Jairus found out we were celebrating a graduation and made sure we had everything we could think of and even things we hadn't lol. He made sure she had a great time celebrating her accomplishment! Only downfall of the place is the rooms could be updated. Otherwise, the location, staff, service, drinks, and food make this place memorable and we will be back!"

"I just want to share the phenomenal experience I had with the staff of this establishment. From the exceptionally professional gentleman who worked the door, the assorted staff working security and behind the V-Bar, to the top-tier staff working the lobby. Osiel’s impact is apparent, as Omar was the very epitome of customer service. There were no attitudes, only smiles and eagerness to please. The attentiveness was genuine and reassuring. This is not to be understated when dealing with a mostly inebriated customer base. I will recommend anyone in area to drop in and have a taste of what quality service is."

"Superb location right on Santana Row. I had a huge room with a balcony facing into their courtyard. Comfy, large bed. Plenty of space to use in the room, including a large desk. Just wish they had something better than a basic shower - my only disappointment in an otherwise fabulous stay."

"This hotel was full of security so I felt really safe, the room we got was facing the wall of another building so not much of a view. No free breakfast and really expensive for just a night. Good location being downtown Santana row but really it just look luxury on the outside the inside was like any Marriott in room. I went with a group of friends for a party we encountered no problems but you can probably get more of a bang for your buck somewhere else."

"This hotel is stunning. Traveling for business and was surprised by the amount of detail and care the staff took to make sure our stay was enjoyable. The room was stocked with plenty of towels, a shower cap, blow dryer, q-tips, liquid hand soap and lotion, anything you could think of. There was also a nice robe in the closet which was perfect to throw one after a hot shower. The room smelled fantastic as well. Loved the hotel bar. A luxurious and pleasant experience!"
