"Receptionists need to work on their customer service skills!!! I’ve went there at least 5 years now and there is still certain receptionists that are still rude. One lady today tried to get snippy with me on the phone for no reason because they screwed up on their side because they never changed the primary contact number to my cell, so she decided to get mad because she called my house to let me know about my appointment which is a hour away from where I go to college at. Seriously. I work retail and I have better customer service than them."
