"My wife and I recently relocated our family to Morgan Hill, California. My wife suffers from chronic lower back and neck pain. Upon receiving a referral from our Physician, we were looking for a conveniently located Imaging center for her MRI scans. Morgan Hill Imaging came up on a google search and we decided to give them a chance. As soon as we arrived, they made us feel like family with a down-to-earth approach to diagnostic medicine. From the technicians to the management, the staff was reliable; kind; respectful; professional and always courteous. They answered all of our questions and were very knowledgeable about the MRIs my wife was about to receive. She was taken care of in a kind and professional manner. "I was sent to Morgan Hill Imaging by my chiropractor, as she is located in Gilroy and I wanted to pay cash, so this is were she sent me. When I scheduled the appt, I let them know that I needed something early morning or late afternoon, as I was traveling from Aptos and I'm still working a regular 9-5. KRISTIN or KIERSTEN, set me up with an appt for 8:30 am. Fantastic! I won't miss to much work. She called me prior to the appt and confirmed 8:30 as the time. I arrived rather early, at about 8:20 and was met by Kristin at the front desk. I gave her my name and appt time and she stated that I was "rather early", as my appointment is TRULY at 9am, but they told me 8:30 so that I can do paperwork. Not ONCE did Kristin tell me that my appointment was truly at 9am. I told her this, that I drove quite a ways and that this information should've been relayed to me. Her reaction - she laughed at me. I called her out on that and it was awkward to say the least. The story then changed and she said the tech was late. Once the tech arrived, Kristin got up and met her behind a wall I couldn't see, but I can only imagine she had some choice words about me. I will state that my tech was wonderful, kind and very professional. I have since called and got Kristin again on the phone. I don't know if this girl is mad at her life and takes it out on people or what, but her customer service skills are severely lacking and I happen to know, that I am not the only one that has experienced such rude, condescending and unprofessional behavior from her. Who laughs at a customer? UPDATE: I received my report to with my x-rays and of course, my information was wrong. My birthdate is off by 6 years! That's vital information. How convenient."

"Nice facility, but if you need to get a in quickly they are not the place! They say it takes at least a week to check insurance! I have great insurance and told them exactly what my coverage was and that Anthem BC PPO would call them to reassure them of my coverage if I could get in sooner then 10 days! I was told not to get my hopes up! I went to another facility and got right away! DX Diverticulitis! Could not of waited 10 days!!!!"
