"Scheduled appointment makes it real quick and easy. Arrive 5 mins before appointment time. Check in and wait to be called. Phlebotomists are friendly. Please do not come for walk in, it’s just a waste of time, as they attend walk in only if there is a cancellation ( which is almost never)"

"Don't go to this horrible place! The manager and staff suck and were mean! I was in line for a walk-in appointment. Because I went to my car to grab something and missed their call, they took out my name on the waiting list and asked me to resign in and go back to the end of the line. What the heck! There are no signs letting people know not to leave the waiting room. I tried to speak with the manager and hope she could let me in after the person behind me. Unfortunately, she was no help, and the manager was very rude. No wonder why the reviews for this place are so bad; this was a waste of time!"

"Worst service ever. First of all their appointment does not make sense as their system is always messing up according to them. And no one is on front desk to talk after you got there, so if you are on time also they don't know and than they start pushing your appointment back as you in you were late. Worst part is staff. They are rude and literally don't want to talk or solve your problems. I will never suggest this place to anyone. Being doctor I know importance of people's time."

"Monday 11/21/2022 so glad I went to Liberty street location Jennifer was helpful she checked to see if Dr. lab orders were received. Security guard was helpful. walk in stand by names are listed on monitor. Reservations recommended with no appt I waited 2 + hours for name to be called didn't have connection to schedule appointment online took a chance went inside checked inside on tablets. tech checked me in at front desk soon after. 03/20/22 verified doctors orders were on file. no wait for lab draw. courteous helpful staff waiting area was empty) appointment in advance recommended."

"I've been to this place to have blood sample taken several times, and always had an awesome experience. The staff is nice, and the person taking blood skilled as well, making the whole experience as painless as possible. Each time I have been in & out in like 15mn or so. However, I was sure to take an appointment in advance, either directly from my doctor, or using their online portal. Once there, they have a system on tablet where you need to enter your name and other info you provided while making your appointment, and then go to sit and wait to be called."
