"This company does not value your time as a customer. I just wish there were somewhere around here where I could make a reservation, show up ON TIME, and get my hair cut ON TIME. None of this put yourself in a queue, show up, someone else walks in FURTHER DOWN THE QUEUE than you and gets served before you. I have better things to do than waste a 30+ minutes waiting in a lobby. NEVER AGAIN."

"Good old Great clips... one more year, one more bad haircut. Upon entry, they have the nicest staff around. Upon sitting in the chair, she looked like she had no idea what to do with my hair. Finger length on top turned into some of it being a half inch to some being 2+ inches. The side although just a simple hair clipper with a number 2 attachment, somehow managed to have some parts extremely short and some parts still the length that my hair was when I entered. When asked at the end how does everything look, I answer okay because I wasnt sure what treat I was in for next. This was the holiday cut that I walked in for? No... disappointed to say the least. This WILL be the last time I go to GP."
"The staff is great, the cuts are always as requested, however the online check in thing is a sham. There's been times I'll walk in, no one in the store. Check in 5 to 10 minutes then someone who "checked in" online walk in and get served first. Tried this myself today, got there about 30 seconds after someone who hadn't checked in online, could tell because she was getting his information. She then proceeds to tell me there's one ahead of me, meaning the walk in."
