"I have a pleasant experience. Remember to book an appointment first, come 10 minutes before the booked time. When you arrive, there are two kiosks to register that you have arrived to let the staff know. Then, you will be served fast and easy. I took my parents there. Both of my parents were satisfied with the experienced and professional staff. Recommended."

"I came in during there posted business hours and they had door closed, after someone leaving I got in they are pretty rude and not helpful."

"Had an appointment at 1:00 and there's no one calling my name. They said we did not make an appointment which is ridiculous. Plus you need to check in with a digital tablet thing, that is confusing to navigate. Truly the worst place you can get your blood test taken. Don't waste your time unless you have nothing to do."

"I only went in to drop off a sample and so far the wait has been over 40 minutes and counting. They had told me I wouldn’t need an appointment and it would be relatively fast. (Appointments have priority, but aren’t available unless you plan out a week in advance.) Don’t expect to be able to talk to a real person when you get here. They all hide out in the back. The self-check in kiosks work okay, but they obviously can’t answer questions! Once you actually get called in, the staff is friendly, but their check-in/waiting room system is cold and impersonal."

"Service is good as always. It's the location that's the problem. When you call them at the phone number, there's no human being to answer the phone. And the address/location they mention is pretty much the entire Southland Mall. No landmarks, no street names, no turns. Just the entire Mall. Plan ahead if you're coming for the first time. Location is next to Hometown Buffet on the south side of the mall next to Macy's. This is as of February 2020. The Quest Diagnostics door and sign are extremely small compared to the large building that is the mall itself so it's not not easy to find when you're driving around the huge parking lot."
