"I would give zero stars if I could. This historic building has been vacant for years, slowly deteriorating and giving this end of the neighborhood a reputation for being run down, gritty, and unsafe. The building has plans for redevelopment, but there are no updates since 2019. I desperately want to see this landmark become something amazing - like an events venue."
