"Had an appointment on Friday scheduled for 4:30 for 4 MRIs. Came in early and on time and didn’t get seen until 6. Was told that they had other appointments scheduled at my time slot, what’s the point of scheduling an appointment with SimonMed if they don’t even follow through with their own schedule? Wasted an hour and an half of my time for nothing and now I even have to come back to finish the rest of my MRI’s when it could have been done in one visit. Front desk secretary and technician were very understanding and helpful, I do appreciate the assistance I received that day. Thanks for wasting my time and making my treatment that much harder and tedious SimonMed. Edit: “We believe our patients time is valuable and strive to provide timely care” Oh really? So is making your patients wait an hour and a half for an appointment that you scheduled 2 weeks in advance align with your last statement? I scheduled this appointment with you guys and specifically requested that all my MRIs be done in one day so I don’t have to travel back and forth. You guys scheduled me to come in at 4:30PM, I came even earlier than that to check in and still had to wait an hour and a half for a time slot that should’ve been reserved for me because you know, that’s what an appointment is. I scheduled my day around this appointment and almost couldn’t make my plans on time and stressing me out. I understand a 10-30 minute delay but that is not the case, we are talking about 90 minutes here. Thanks for “valuing” my time and showing me that you guys “strive to provide timely care” what a joke."

"I arrived 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment. It was very busy. Check-in was very easy with great customer service. My name was called exactly on time with no wait. The medical personnel were very friendly and informative. I was out within 15 minutes. Excellent facility and service. George"

"On the one hand, the people are very nice. The technicians are skilled and professional. But I want to warn everyone of the basic business model here (and perhaps elsewhere): they will happily book your appointment, and THEN with only very little time before your very-important-to-your-health, or even where you show up for your very-important scan.... they tell you... "oh, we haven't got approval from your insurance." This business seems to focus on getting people to pay out of pocket. It's happened to both my wife (PET) and recently myself (CT), and while waiting an hour for my scan, I saw it happen to several other people. I understand the business model and why they do it, but it stinks to go through it. Customers and buyers should beware. If they offer you a near-term appointment, accept one a few days later and call your insurance co. and make sure everything is lined up."
