"Was my favorite theater, until last night. -Mainly b/c food and drinks may be ordered and enjoyed during the movie, plus its a good location. Spent +$100 taking a couple of friends see Dune. Great movie but the food had issues. One of the chicken tenders was still frozen at the end so I decided to leave the rest of the meal and return it at the end of the show (no way I was missing 5-10 min. of Dune), the chicken tender was literally still cold as ice at one end and remained that way until after the show was over. I talked to the manager and he said that he refunded meals all the time, but since I didn't bring it up immediately he could not do it. The chicken was STILL icey-cold to the touch, and he refused. I didn't mention to him that the quesadilla was too salty to eat, threw it out. Someone was at the counter complaining about the exact same issue with their food right before me. My friend told him he was surprised he didn't at least offer a credit for something free in the future, while I was in the bathroom, but this kid did not care. This manager clearly has no concern about the customer from our interaction."

"Unfortunately, a bad experience here. The attendant was unnecessarily sassy and a bit rude, the line to get tickets AND food (no separate lines?) was so long we missed the first 10 minutes of our movie. Additionally, besides the theater being packed, the seating arrangement was terrible: there were many seats that were either too far to the right or left of the screen to provide a comfortable viewing angle, and all the seats were way too low--all for a screen that was way too small for the number of seats in the theater. In all, deeply disappointing. I should've stayed home."

"Great movie theater, large seats, possibility to get food. One big negative point though: we bought our tickets online to save time, but when we arrived, there was only one line. So whether you have your ticket or not, you have to wait. And you pay more online, so what's the point?"
