"Made an appointment, was seen a few minutes early. I have really fussy veins and the phlebotomist was kind and gentle, it was the best blood drawing experience I’ve ever had. It seems like most people who are giving bad reviews for this spot seem to be going for drug screening not blood. If you’re coming for lab work just make an appointment and you’ll be golden."

They have literally serviced 4 people in front of me with appointments that are not due for the next 30-45 min. They finally called me in, but instead of taking my sample, they simply asked for my paperwork and had me wait again while they service others with appointments not due for another 45 min."

"This Quest was the best lab phlebotomy experience I’ve ever had. Chan is excellent! I checked in on the screen when I arrived. Chan was friendly, proactive, professional, communicated my paperwork to me clearly, and then did an efficient blood draw. In the past I’ve often had to wait for my veins to show up for the draw. "I’m an extremely squeamish and person. A few days ago, at another medical practice, three employees tried five times (1.5 hours) to draw blood and weren’t able to get enough (they said something about the vein collapsing every time). As a result my arm was bruised and it was a nightmare scenario for me. They said I should go to Quest on another day. I was pretty nervous given the experience a few days prior. I wish I could give this Quest location more than 5 stars. I was in and out in 10 minutes. The blood draw was painless. Each employee was super friendly and helpful. I can’t believe how easy it was.
