"Booked an appointment and sat for consultation for her to tell me that she wouldn’t do anything to my hair. At my appointment she tells me she tells her clients from the town I am from to do an at home treatment before their appointment and she wouldn’t do my hair because of the “water”. I was confused, very put off and pretty upset as I had the appointment books and rescheduled my day. This could and should have been shared with me prior to my appointment. I made an appointment at another salon and they were able to give me exactly what I wanted with minimal further damage to my hair, no pre treatment required. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Upon arrival it felt very uh welcoming. I went here years ago and the vibe was totally different, too bad."

"Booked her for my wedding and wouldn’t recommend her to anyone else. She was rude and made the overall atmosphere uncomfortable for my bridesmaids. It felt like she was in a rush to get out of there. Everyone’s hair had fallen out by the end of the night including myself. The Bobby pins she used are extremely noticeable in majority of my wedding photos and you can see my hair falling out in them as well. We did pictures right after getting ready so hair wasn’t even in for 3+hours. We followed her instructions and didn’t wash our hair for 48 hours and some of my bridesmaids hair looks extremely greasy even though she assured us it wouldn’t. Overall disappointed with her work and professionalism. When you charge that kind of money the curls shouldn’t fall out of everyone’s hair within 2 hours and it wasn’t humid weather outside."

"Renelle does a fantastic job. I had highlights and a cut it was gorgeous. Renelle is very friendly and professional and she definitely knows what she’s doing. It’s so easy to schedule an appointment online and their hours are very flexible. Renelle was excellent on communicating what the new safety procedures were for COVID-19, which made it easy for customers to feel safe to come back into the salon. I would definitely recommend Angelus Salon."
